Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of web design services by Premium Logics (“Company”) to the client (“Client”). By engaging our services, the Client agrees to these terms.
Services Provided
The Company offers web design services including, but not limited to:
- Website design and development
- User interface design
- Graphic design
- Web designing and development
- Website maintenance
- Mobile Apps
- Software development
Payment Terms
- The total fee for services is outlined in the proposal.
- A deposit of 70% is required before project commencement.
- Remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to the website going live.
- Payments can be made through Bank Accounts.
Client Responsibilities
- The Client agrees to provide all necessary content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner.
- The Client must review and approve design drafts within 8 days to avoid project delays.
Ownership and Rights
Upon full payment, the Client will own the final website and all associated content created by the Company.
The Company retains the right to use the completed project in its portfolio and for other projects and for marketing purposes.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding each other’s proprietary information and will not disclose it to third parties without prior consent.
Revisions and Changes
The Company allows for 10 rounds of revisions during the design phase. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Any changes that request more features or services that were not initially discussed will require a new proposal and potential additional fees.
Termination of Agreement
- Either party may terminate this agreement with 8 days written notice.
- Upon termination, the Client will be billed for services rendered up to the termination date.
Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or the resulting website.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of Lahore High Court, and the Lahore Cantonment Board.
